Consent to receive automated or prerecorded marketing communications is not a condition of selling your property, entering into a transaction, receiving an offer, or receiving services from House For Cash.

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP to the applicable sender.

You may ask House For Cash to stop marketing calls or emails by using the contact information provided in the communication or by contacting us using the information at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Opting out of marketing communications may not prevent communications reasonably necessary to:

respond to an active request;
provide information you specifically requested;
administer or complete a transaction;
maintain required business or legal records;
address fraud or security matters; or
comply with applicable law.

8. Recording of Communications

House For Cash does not currently operate a standalone business whose primary purpose is selling raw consumer Property Inquiries to unrelated third parties.

However, House For Cash may occasionally determine that it or its Affiliates are not interested in pursuing a property or that another investor, buyer, professional, or service provider may be able to assist you.

At your request or with your consent, we may provide your contact information, property information, or Property Inquiry to an unrelated real-estate investor, buyer, professional, or service provider.

An unrelated third party is a separate business responsible for its own communications, privacy practices, representations, services, offers, and legal compliance.

Once information has been lawfully provided to an unrelated third party at your request or with your consent, that third party’s subsequent handling of the information may also be governed by its own privacy policy and applicable law.

Transfers of information to Affiliates, service providers, or parties involved in a transaction you requested may not constitute a “sale” under applicable law.
