Sometimes we may determine that another investor, real estate professional, or service provider may be better suited to assist you.

When you submit a Property Inquiry and accept our Terms & Conditions, you authorize House For Cash, when we reasonably believe it may help address your Property Inquiry, to disclose relevant information to one or more potential referral recipients for purposes of determining whether they may be able to assist you.

Potential referral recipients may include:

• real estate investors or buyers;
• real estate brokers or agents;
• attorneys or other professional advisers;
• property-related service providers; and
• other professionals reasonably related to the circumstances of your Property Inquiry.

We may discuss the Property Inquiry with potential referral recipients before determining whether a particular referral is appropriate.

If a referral is made, the referral recipient may contact you regarding your Property Inquiry, subject to applicable law.
